My name is Tim Glen.
What I do is simple to explain. I write software to help you run your business better. Whether you need a new website, content management system, e-commerce shop or pretty much anything else on the web, I can do that.

I have over ten years experience in web development. I’ve worked my way up from raw recruit to developer to managing large projects, people and building world-class applications. I’m good at what I do and I love the web.
In terms of back-end development, I specialize in agile methodologies, Ruby, Rails, application deployment planning, PHP, user-focused interface development and project management. I help to find solutions at any point in a project, from initial discussions through to deployment or at any point along the way. I value the expertise of the client and user (domain experts), resulting in software that is user-focused and meets or exceeds your expectations.
If we're talking about front-end development, I’m also great at xhtml, css, javascript and a few other languages I’ve picked up along the way.

While I’m good at what I do, I don’t have any delusions of grandeur. I can’t do everything. That’s why I have a network of people I work with to get any job done.
